為了進一步豐富大眾對公共事務的認識、提升公民意識及社會參與，「新力量網絡」與香港城市大學專上學院合辦「通識及公共事務課程」，以推動實現「將學術知識普及到社會各界」的目標。課程反應熱烈，共有超過48人報讀。

第一課已於2009年11月7日假城市大學舉行，由王慧麟博士主講「殖民地香港：遺產與傳承」。

In order to educate the public on various public affair issues and to promote civic participation, SynergyNet and the Community College of City University has co-launch the General Education and Public Affairs Programme. Response to the programme was overwhelming and over 48 people made their applications.

The first lesson of the programme, taught by Dr Max Wong, was held on 7 Nov 2009.

新力量網絡、明報世紀版與天地圖書有限公司合辦〈中國．香港．六十年〉系列講座，邀請本港學者、各界持份者，從政治、經濟、民生、文化、法制到環保等方面作出反思、總結經驗，一起為中國及香港未來發展尋求出路。
