新力量網絡於2010年3月至6月與本土論述委員會、明報世紀版及序言書室合辦《本土論述2010》系列研討會，邀請本地學者、各界持份者，從新階級鬥爭、主體性、新社會運動到中產價值等香港本土論述發表意見。第三次研討會已於5月8
日(星期六)舉行，香港科技大學社會科學部副教授谷淑美博士及香港大學比較文學系助理教授司徒薇博士擔任主講嘉賓，深入討論香港的新社會運動。
